Chalkpalooza Car Show Disclaimer and Release

I certify that by registering my vehicle for the Chalkpalooza Car Show, that I, or anyone claiming on my behalf, release and forever discharge Chalkpalooza, The Camel Project Inc., Renninger’s Antique and Farmer’s Market and their affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents, volunteers and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual, event and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against Releasees or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to any person, vehicle and/or property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Chalkpalooza Car Show.
