ChalkPalooza: Chalk and Bubble Festival is more than just a lively community event—it's a creative platform designed to support mental health and emotional well-being. By featuring activities like chalk art, bubbles, music, magic, balloon art, and even a Color Run (11 am-1 pm), we invite participants of all ages to express themselves creatively in a safe, family-supportive environment. Chalk and bubbles are provided free.
Pre-registration for chalk is free for all ages. It is not required. You can register at the event, but pre-registration is recommended to guarantee you'll get a space and free chalk for your art. You can also bring your own chalk. To pre-register, go here.
This event aligns with your mission of promoting mental wellness through non-traditional approaches like art, music, and play therapy. Using chalk as a medium encourages participants to explore their emotions in a non-verbal, judgment-free, and safe way, helping to build confidence with experiential learning and emotional toughness. Adding fun elements like a classic Car Show and diverse entertainment ensures an engaging atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and belonging—key aspects of mental health.
