Vendor/Exhibitors Spaces: $25.00 (space only, tables are not provided.) Plus, you can put your ad in our Program Booklet for more exposure. Register below.
Vendor spaces are approximately 8' wide X 10' deep on asphalt paving. There are a limited number of larger areas available. Please contact The Camel Project for details.
Play Stations: Let us know if you or your organization has interactive, fun, educational activities and if takeaways will be provided to our youths.
Note: Vendors are permitted to sell products, but remember this event is about starting relationships with our community.
Standard 8' tables can be rented from Wolfe's Rentals (you pick up Friday and return them on Monday). They also have chairs available. Contact them directly at 610-777-7908.

Optional Booklet Ads: Ads are b&w. If you send color art, it will be converted to b&w. All program ad art should be in 300+ d.p.i electronic formats (.jpg, .tif, .doc, .pdf). Submit by April 24th, 2024. Please send ad art/copy to
